In Final Fantasy IV I've been turned into a pig in the town of Mysidia along with Palom and Porom I can't use magic and I don't have the item that removes the pig curse what do you do?

If you're playing the GBA version, talk to the same person who cast Pig on you. They'll do it again, which will actually counteract the first one and turn you human again. Not sure if this works on the DS remake though. You'll have to buy the item.
