In Final Fantasy X how do you get all of the Aeons?

You will get most of them as the story progresses;

Valefor is granted automatically after completing the Cloister of Trials at Besaid, likewise,

Ifrit is given at Kilika temple,

Ixion is given at Djose temple,

Shiva is given at Macalania,

Bahamut is given at Bevelle.

After that, and once you have full access to the airship,

Yojimbo can be found at the Cavern of Stolen Fayth, accessed at the point where the Calm Lands meet Mt Gagazat. He first has to be fought. Next he has to be negotiated with, as he will ask for money to join, you have to barter with him for his services. Once he accepts, he is added to your roster.

Anima can be found at Baaj temple, the place where Tidus met Rikku for the first time. However it can only be obtained if you completed all six Cloister of Trials (five above + Zanarkand Dome) fully, meaning you found the destruction sphere and claimed the hidden prize.

The Magus Sisters have a few requirements.

- Obtain the Blossom Crown by capturing one fiend of every type, in the Calm Lands, for the Arena,

- Obtain the Flower Sceptre for defeating Belgemine's Bahamut at Remiem Temple,

- Obtain Anima, as above.

Once all three conditions are met, you can obtain the Magus Sisters at Remiem Temple.
