In Fullmetal Alchemist brotherhood will the wrath from the 2003 version come back in this series?

Most likely not. Wrath from the first FMA was made from Izumi when she tried to bring her son back, but in FMA Brotherhood, the way to make a homunculus is different. They could use a character similar to him if the current Wrath is killed, but that replacement type is highly unlikely.
(I did like Wrath from FMA though XD)
