In Halo 3 your katana and security helmet disappeared and you have almost 1100 gamer score for Halo 3 how do you get them back?

this happened to me when i got the triple kill acheivement at 1005 it seems when your gamer score goes up you lose it and then you have to get three more achievements to get it back ...... vidmasters don't seem to affect it i got 7 on 7 monday didnt go away so..... my score is now 1125 47 achievements

You must earn 1000gamer points from Halo 3 (on it's own) this will also get you the Katana. So basically just try and get all the achievements, completing the game on all the difficulties is a good start.

well I got my security shoulders when I reached the gamescore of 850. That sucks I know but I got Katana and security helmet at the same time at the gamescore of 980...pretty glitchy eh? My friend got them when he reached 450. Security shoulders are known to be really glitchy :D

You have the newer achievements, you need 900 from the old achievements then it will never glitch up, same with katana and security helm.
