I think Inuyasha likes Kagome better, she stays with him, and Kikyo constantly disappears.I also believe that Inuyasha is more attached to Kagome, but he does not flirt with anyone. Kikyo and Inuyasha had an unhealthy relationship. They had both been deprived of someone to talk to, someone to love and trust them for so long that they latched onto each other. Besides, Kikyo could never fully accept Inuyasha's half-demon side. She wanted him to use the Shikon Jewel shards to become a full human and marry her. Kagome always accepted Inuyasha for who he was, and taught him the healthier ways to love people, as friends or lovers. She never made him choose between the two of them, either, as Kikyo often tried to do.But, in the end, it's a moot point. Kikyo died and Inuyasha was left with Kagome, whom he married. Who knows who he would have chosen if Kikyo had lived? Well, I mean it would have been difficult for him to choose Kikyo. She died twice, but I feel he would have chosen Kagome, because she never tried to kill him or drag him down to hell with her.Kikyo also once thought Inuyasha purposedly betrayed her because Inuyasha tried to steal the Shikon Jewel.Wow that is a lot, but I do want to add something. KIKYO WANTS TO KILL INUYASHA!!! If u remember, all Kikyo wants is to destroy Naraku and drag Inuyasha with her to depths of Hell, and stupid Inuyasha says, Oh... if Kikyo wants it I will do anything.Thanks! Will inuyasha die?
Maybe in the manga, but not in the actual show. In the last episode of InuYasha, everyone is still alive, and in the last few episodes of InuYasha: The Final Act, InuYasha kills Naraku, and in doing so Kagome gets sent to the Underworld because Byakuya of the Dreams slashed her with Meido Zangetsuha, then she gets caught in darkness, and she ALMOST gives in to the darkness, but InuYasha saves her. After he saves her she destroys the Shikon Jewel, and by doing that her and InuYasha get sent to her own time, but the well brings InuYasha back to the Feudal Age while Kagome stays in her world, and closes. Miroku and Sango have a set of twins and one other child, and after three years have passed with Kagome gone and InuYasha in the Feudal Era Kagome manages to get back to the Feudal Era, so Souta ends up telling everyone who wants to ask his sister out that she got married right after graduating High-School, and his friends ask him why she did it so early. So Kagome is back in the Feudal Era, married to InuYasha and becoming a priestess, while InuYasha and Miroku become demon slayers, pretty much. Sango stays home and takes care of the children while InuYasha and Miroku are on their Demon Hunts (Miroku stops being a playboy since he's married to Sango-chan). Shippo joins a Demon Test and continues moving up in Rank, and InuYasha stays a half-demon. It is unknown what will happen past that point.
