Does Inuyasha like Kagome or Kikyo better?

I think Inuyasha likes Kagome better, she stays with him, and Kikyo constantly disappears.

I also believe that Inuyasha is more attached to Kagome, but he does not flirt with anyone. Kikyo and Inuyasha had an unhealthy relationship. They had both been deprived of someone to talk to, someone to love and trust them for so long that they latched onto each other. Besides, Kikyo could never fully accept Inuyasha's half-demon side. She wanted him to use the Shikon Jewel shards to become a full human and marry her. Kagome always accepted Inuyasha for who he was, and taught him the healthier ways to love people, as friends or lovers. She never made him choose between the two of them, either, as Kikyo often tried to do.

But, in the end, it's a moot point. Kikyo died and Inuyasha was left with Kagome, whom he married. Who knows who he would have chosen if Kikyo had lived? Well, I mean it would have been difficult for him to choose Kikyo. She died twice, but I feel he would have chosen Kagome, because she never tried to kill him or drag him down to hell with her.

Kikyo also once thought Inuyasha purposedly betrayed her because Inuyasha tried to steal the Shikon Jewel.

Wow that is a lot, but I do want to add something. KIKYO WANTS TO KILL INUYASHA!!! If u remember, all Kikyo wants is to destroy Naraku and drag Inuyasha with her to depths of Hell, and stupid Inuyasha says, Oh... if Kikyo wants it I will do anything.Thanks! Don't get mad at me, it's just my honest opinion.

This is more of an opinion-based quetion, although InuYasha and Kagome seem to be centered as the official pairing.

Kagome, in my opinion. Inuyasha's starting to get over Kikyo, even if he is bouncing back and forth.

Kagome. Kikyo is not truly the Kikyo he was in love with, her soul is inside of Kagome and death has made her bitter.... Though later in the manga and the anime it becomes clear that she is beginning to 'soften'...

Inuyasha was in love with Kikyou for a long period of time until they both felt the other betrayed them, though they had only been manipulated by Naraku. Though Kikyou died as a result, she had lingering feelings for Inuyasha even at her death that resulted in her soul and the Shikon Jewel being reincarnated within Kagome in the 20th century.

While Inuyasha and Kagome initially had a complicated relationship, both eventually warmed to one another. Kagome realized her feelings for Inuyasha but also acknowledged that he had lingering feelings for Kikyou, who had since been resurrected but in a husk of a body, requiring that she absorb souls. Inuyasha grew to care for Kagome too, and eventually realized he could no longer have a future with Kikyou as she was.

In Inuyasha: The Final Act, Kikyou dies in Inuyasha's arms and her spirit moves on. By this point, Inuyasha has expressed feelings for Kagome as well, and by the end of the season, they are married with Kagome continuing to live in the Feudal Era.
