Does kagome want kikyo dead?
At some points, yes. Especially in episode 48, Return to the Place Where We First Met! but in episode 8 of Kanketsu-hen (The Final Act), when Kikyou dies, Kagome feels sad. All Kikyou haters (including myself ^_^) were probably jumping all around when she died. Anyways, Kagome, in general, never really wanted Kikyou dead.

Besides, Kikyo could never fully accept Inuyasha's half-demon side. She wanted him to use the Shikon Jewel shards to become a full human and marry her. Kagome always accepted Inuyasha for who he was, and taught him the healthier ways to love people, as friends or lovers. She never made him choose between the two of them, either, as Kikyo often tried to do.But, in the end, it's a moot point. Kikyo died and Inuyasha was left with Kagome, whom he married. Who knows who he would have chosen if Kikyo had lived? Well, I mean it would have been difficult for him to choose Kikyo. She died twice, but I feel he would have chosen Kagome, because she never tried to kill him or drag him down to hell with her.Kikyo also once thought Inuyasha purposedly betrayed her because Inuyasha tried to steal the Shikon Jewel.Wow that is a lot, but I do want to add something. KIKYO WANTS TO KILL INUYASHA!!! Will Inuyasha leave Kagome?
In all likelihood, no. The events of the series take place over a three year span, and during that time, both Inuyasha and Kagome grow very close to one another, despite issues with Kikyou and others who express affection for either Inuyasha or Kagome. At the end of the series, Sota mentions to his schoolmates that his sister married right out of high school, and when we see Kagome again, she is living in the Feudal Era with Inuyasha in the village; she refers to Sesshomaru as her "older brother," further corroborating that she is, in fact, married to Inuyasha. Because Kikyou was finally put to rest some acts/episodes prior, there is little chance of Inuyasha having any need or desire to leave Kagome after the events of the series. However, during the series, Inuyasha was shown deliberately pushing Kagome away when he thought she might be in danger (though he didn't necessarily tell her so).
What episode does Kagome tell Inuyasha she hates him?
He tries to kiss her in episode 14, he admits to himself, I think, at the end of episode 30, he temporarily chooses Kikyou in episode 48, but both he and we (the audience) all know that he'll choose Kagome.
