There are numerous levels of Heaven and there is no fixed number told although many scripts in Islam realte it to being seven in number. The highest ( and the best ) one is called Firdous. The people who will not enter heaven are Jahannami.
Not at all. There is a common misconception around this despite Islam teaching that there will be a number of people who enter "heaven" whose faith and religious inclination will be known only to Allah.

Islam promises beautiful virgins from heaven to all those who will enter heaven. These are not humans but more like angels in the shape of beautiful women. I can only speak from my own tradition, Islam. It is only Mankind and Jinn (the unseen creatures of the spirit world referred to as 'ghosts' or 'spirits') who were given free will; therefore, it is only they who will be judged and enter either Heaven or Hell. But if you believe in the One God, the Day of Judgment, and you are a good person, then you should enter Heaven. If, then, you enter Heaven, then you can have whatever you wish for. So . . . if you love animals, then you may wish for them (or maybe a favorite pet). This may sound humorous to some, but I am completely serious. There is a God, there is a Day of Judgment, there is a Heaven and there is a Hell.
The Islam view the world as an exam or the test for life for hereafter. If you successful to lead your life according to Allah and his final Messenger Muhammad (Peace Be upon Him and His Family) then you will be able to enter in hereafter the life of ever be lived i.e. Heaven.
