No. With Allah's mercy you will not go to hell because you stuck your middle finger by accident. If it was on purpose then yes, but it was an accident. It happend to me once too.

yes because for e.g. you put your index finger to show allah is one and he is the highest. so if you put you middle finger up the you are not only swearing but you are swearing to Allah.
