THE LIBERTY TREE (Tom Blackburn & George Bruns, 1956) (From the Disney film "Johnny Tremain") Plant the seed in our homeland, boys. Let it grow where all can see. Feed it with our devotion, boys. Call it the Liberty Tree. CHORUS: It's a tall old tree and a strong old tree, And we are the Sons, yes, we are the Sons, the Sons of Liberty. Save it from the storm, boys. Water down its roots with tea; And the sun will always shine On the old Liberty Tree. CHORUS March along with the piper, boys. We were born forever free. We will pay the piper, boys, Beneath the Liberty Tree. CHORUS Pay the price they're asking, boys, Always pay the tyrant's fee. Never give up the struggle, boys, Fight for the Liberty Tree. CHORUS Stand for the rights of man, boys. Stand against all tyranny. Hang the of light of freedom, boys, High on the Liberty Tree. CHORUS It will grow as we grow, boys. It will be as strong as we. We must cling to our faith, boys, Faith in the Liberty Tree. CHORUS

johnny appleseed planted his apples in alot of places. one of those places was: along the brokenstraw river
because he is like the pet of the gang, the one everyone cares about and gets along with everyone
Sun Along with Carl Perkins, Roy Orbison, and MANY others
when Ponyboy says that about him he means that there's not one person on earth that could relate to Johnny to make Ponyboy feel as comfortable and easy to get along with like the friendship he had with Johnny
Johnny needed the gang for family love , just like must of the gang. johnny is like a little brother to the gang, hes innocent and gets along with everybody in the gang. Johnny is the pet of the gang and without Johnny the gang wouldst be the same as before. The gang are so close and they would feel like a bit of them is gone if Johnny died. You could say its foreshadowing aswell because johnny dies and then dally goes crazy(without johnny dally goes crazy and dies to)Hope this helped
TwoBit says this because Johnny was the most like Ponyboy, so they were very good friends
Because in the book Dally doesn't have any friends and family so he started to get along well with johnny. Dally treat Johnny like a brother because Johnny's Parents doesn't allow johnny to stay in the house anymore. In the book Dally killed himself because Johnny is dead. Johnny is the most important person in Dally's LIFE!
To know exactly how many fans the great country artist Johnny Cash has, is about the same as counting the grains of sand along and ocean. There is no exact number.
Johnny represented innocence to Dally, who had lost his own innocence at a young age. Throughout the book Dally goes to great extents to protect the innocence in Johnny, and when Johnny finaly dies it causes Dally to snap and intentionaly get himself killed because he feels that all that was good and innocent in his life is lost along with Johnny. When Johnny is jumped and beaten by the socs it upsets Dally because he doesn't want to see Johnny become hardened to the world. The beating causes Johnny to become paranoid and carry a switchblade, evidence of the loss of innocence that Dally so strongly abhorrs.
the way that Johnny got his middle name was because Johnny's mother was related to the real Mr. Lyte and his mother gave it to him to show that if she ever died he would be able to go to one of the richest men in Boston for help along with he family crest
