I'm guessing you have an evan. So, open up you skills tab (k) and your hotkeys tab (\) and drag magic attack from your skills tab onto what ever key you want it to be on the keyboard.

Add 2 attack (not sure about magic attack) 70% scrolls - work 70% of the time. Same as 60% scrolls but can "blow up" the item 50% of the fail rate. 100% scrolls - work 100% of the time. Add 1 attack.

To open your use inventory, click "i" and if clicking i doesn't work, then that means you changed it, and you will have to click the bag looking icon at the bottom right of your screen.
