Talk with some innkeepers to learn of Aventus Arentino, a boy in Windhelm trying to contact the Dark Brotherhood. Visit him and he'll mistake you for a Dark Brotherhood assassin. Kill Greta the Kind for him in Riften, and after a while, a courier will approach you with a mysterious note that reads "WE KNOW" and is stamped with a bloody hand print.
