You have to make one with your wand powers. Complete the Mad Science scroll from Rocket Reef in cupidia.

∙ 14y agoFirst, go into your book, click "Scrolls" and finish the Comp-U-Tron scroll. Then, get your wand out and build a computer.

∙ 8y agoYou need to complete a scroll to get the power to build computers. I don't remember which one, but definitely a scroll you get from Rocket Reef.
