Since you are 11 I think that sounds a bit too many children. People can babysit without a license as long as it isn't a business. In your case it isn't a business, but the ages of the children is the thing I would worry about. Do you know what to do if there was an emergency? Do you have phone numbers for important people? It must bother you since you asked the question so tell your mom how you feel.
My neighbor was told 4, including her own. She used to have a mini day care at one point, but this was stopped once she discovered this.
None. It's illegal.

Exemptions are set forth in Missouri Statute, 210.211, RSMo. Any person who is caring for four or fewer *unrelated children is not required to be licensed and does not have to contact us to report he/she is providing child care.
In the state of Utah ou are permitted to care fo only four children without a license.
Per DCFS, you may only watch 3 children, including your own, without a license.
old enough to care for that child
Well first off you don't absolutely need a license, because most parents do not care. On the other hand getting a license does help you receive more jobs probably because the parents see that you are taking the job seriously, and that you really know what you are doing. Not all babysitting jobs require a license, but it is certainly something to look into if you are serious about making money and keep the children safe. Hope this helps, WikiWooWho
No, there are no laws for babysitting in Texas. There are probably laws regarding child care facilities.
The MN Human Services Dept states a child should be of 11 ages or older to care for younger children. It is a reccomendation I believe but is a good guideline I think.
No.You do not need to be a licensed child care provider in order to babysit other kids for income.
On average you should babysit a maximum of three children in Ontario. If you have a day care and the proper license, you can babysit more.
no no
In New Jersey, you would not need a licence to care for 4 children. Child care centers provide care for six or more children below 13 years of age who attend less than 24 hours a day. Child care centers are required by state law to be licensed.
You could babysit and do child care
