after you get all the regis go find all the pokeon(battle) and go to the hippodown temple go to the maze with arrows and then in the middle of the maze there will be a black hole go there.

In one of the puzzle rooms should be a spiral thing in the ground and you go get to that. When you get there, you place regirock, regice, and registeel on these platforms and a door will open and you can go in and that is where regigigas is.
