How do you get past the Snorlax blocking the entrance to the cycling road in Pokemon diamond?

Fix the problem with the train:

1) Go to the Electric building (Near Rock Tunnel) and talk to the owner and he'll talk about a part being stolen

2) Go inside of the Cerulan Gym and find the team rocket dude, he'll bump into you as soon as you walk in

3) Go to the top left or right corner of the middle of the gym where the water square is and receive the stolen machine part.

4) Go up the golden bridge and battle the team rocket dude

5) Go back to the electric building and give the piece to the owner.

6) Go to lavender town and the radio tower (You'll probably have to go south via Fuschia City and then north to Lavender town or via Rock Tunnel) and talk to the DJ and he'll upgrade your radio to play the pokeflute channel

7) Go up to the snorlax and play the pokeflute channel and 'talk' to the snorlax

There are three ways to get to Lavender town in Gold, Silver, and Crystal.

1. East of Vermillian (Blocked by the Snorlax)
2. Rock Tunnel
3. North of Fuschia

you must go to lavender town and get to the top of the Pokemon tower and fight team rocket and talk to Mr.Fuji. he will take you back to his house and give you the poke Flute. walk up to the Snorlax and play the flute. The Snorlax will wake up and attack you in an angry rage.

You must do several things first. First, from lavender town, go left and keep going left until you get to celadon city. Then, go into the game corner and talk to the rocket standing in front of the poster. He will want to battle you. defeat him and when he leaves, click on the poster. It will activate a switch. Go into the basement and make your way through (you will have to figure out the route yourself as thre are those panels that send you flying in a certain direction). When you get to beat Giovanni, he will give you the silph scope. Now, go back to lavender town (I would recommend beating celadon's gym first, though) and go into the poke tower, the place where dead Pokemon GO to. Make your way up to the top floor and go up to Mr.Fuji (Or something like that). he will take you back to his house and will give you the poke flute. Use this to get rid of both snorlaxes as there is another one blocking cycling road in celadon.

Go to celdon city and defeat the rocket hideout. Then go to Lavender town and go to the top of the ghost tower. You will get a flute to wake sleeping pokemon.
