First you have to complete the game and then talk to the elder of Celestic Town. You have to go through Mt. Coronet and go through it until you find a waterfall, there will be a cave above the waterfall. Use Surf and Waterfall to get up there and enter the cave. There will be two items both are Dialga and Palkia's orbs aka the Adamant and Lustrous Orbs respectively. Get the orbs and go to the Spear Pillar and when you get there, there will be one light portal so you have go up to one of them and you will find Dialga or Palkia.You must have defeted the elite four and the champion then face Dialga then go in the cave then go back out of the cave and there would be another light portal and it would be Palkia they are really easy to catch, just use an ultra ball.

∙ 14y agoOnce you have the Adament and Lustrous Orbs, go to Celestic Town and Talk to the Elder. Go to Spear Pillar and talk to a Blue Light and Dialga will appear. Go back into Mount Cornet and come back and a Pink Portal will be there. Talk to it and Palkia will appear. They appear at level 70, so come prepared. Please note that you must have beat the Elite four and the Champion. Hope this Helps!

1. you may need to beat the elite 4 first.
2.go to oreburgh and go in mt. coronet.
3.keep going up until you find a pool with a waterfall.
4.go up the waterfall and get the two orbs in the cavern.
5.go and talk to the old woman in celestic town. she will be in the big building.
6.now go all the way up to spear pillar. this is where you went to the distortionworld.
7.there will be a blue light go up to it and press A. after you have beaten/captured dialga (the blue light)
8.go in mt. coronet and walk out to spear pillar again and ther will be a pink light do the same as what you did for the blue light and you will have beaten/captured palkia.
Note: both dialga and palkia will be lvl 70

Number 8 of the above is incorrect.What you need to do is leave room in your party for Dialga and then you can just walk out and back in.
After you have caught Giratina and have beaten the Elite 4, go to Celestic town and talk to Cynthia's grandmother. She will tell you about Palkia and Dialga. Now you need the adamant and lustrous orb. Once you get those, go back to the Spear Pillar and press on the portal there. You will fight them one by one.
