you cant, only from the other side
If you mean Pokemon Sapphire then check the Shoal Cave, When she dries it's gonna be low tide, When she's high then it's high tide!
You have to wait for high tide.
u find it in shoal cave in the ice area at low tide
You can find a Snorunt in the Low Tide B1 of Shoal Cave. You can commonly encounter it in Low Tide B3, though, with a 40% chance of appearing.
shoal cave above mostdeep city. but it must be low tide to capture it. enter the cave during low tide and walks into a icy area. snorunt is there
The ice cave in Pokémon Sapphire can be found just north of Mossdeep City in Route 125. It's in-game name is Shoal Cave. The icy part of the cave can only be accessed during low tide which occurs between the 3 and 8 hours of the game's clock, both am and pm.
Remember when you set your clock in your bedroom at the beginning of the game? This is where it comes in handy. The tides go in and out every 6 hours. 3am-9am: High Tide 9am-3pm: Low Tide 3pm-9pm: High Tide 9pm-3am: Low Tide The times go by the clock you set in your room. Good luck.
You cant get snorunt in leaf green, you must get it in Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald and trade it,snorunt is found inside the shoal cave when its in low tide
You can get Shoal Shells and Shoal Salt to make into Shell Bells here. Salt at low tide, shells at high tide, I think. Maybe be reversed. There is no real purpose to the cave and the game can be completed without entering it.
what triggers the low and high tide in Pokemon emerald
Route 125 is north of Mosdeep City, just swim north. Basically the only special thing about it is Shoal Cave, where during a low tide you can capture the rare Snorunt.
