In Resident Evil 4 I bet the game twice in normal mode and bought the Chicago Typewriter and the infinite rocket launcher. I want to play professional mode with the both guns but I cant?

I don't think there's a difference between professional difficulty and other difficulties. You just have to buy the RPG-7 with 30,000 pesetas or for the infinite Rocket Launcher, you have to play another round (load round) after you finished one round.
