Obviously, be Bowser. Make sure you are fighting on a stage like Bridge of Eldin or Green Hill Zone, which have materialising ground (appearing from nowhere). As Bowser, collect a Smash Ball, then wait, until the ground starts to reappear. During this time, jump into the half-materialised ground and activate your Final Smash. You should turn into Giga Bowser and pop out of the ground and onto it. You will also be able to normally walk around as Giga Bowser.
