First you have to make your sims really like eachother. Or if they are already married that will work too. Then all you do is click on Relax on the bed with 2 Sims, a male and female, but be sure they have lifetime and daily relationship of at least 90 Have one of the sims that is in the bed selected,then click on the other and it will show Try For Baby, click on it. They will have WooHoo and after 3 days the female will give birth.
Also you can have two sims in a hot tub Try for Baby. Make sure they have a high enough relationship, select one and click on the other and choose Cuddle. Once they are cuddling select one and click on the other and choose Try for Baby.
The last non-cheating way is for the two sims you want to have a baby to go to a community lot with a changing booth and Try For Baby in the booth.
Tip:right after 'trying for baby' listen carefully, if you here the sound of a lullaby the female is pregnant, if its silent shes not. If you are still not sure enter 'boolprop testingcheatsenabled true' in the cheatbox and then shift click on your sim. Spawn tombstone of L and D. Then click on the tombstone of L and D and you can speed up the prenancy. If that option isn't there...the females not pregnant CHEAT:You can also use another cheat. If you type in Boolprop testingcheatsenabled true in the cheat box (type shfit ctrl C to get the cheat box) then hit shift and click on your sim. Then click Tombstone of L and D. Next a tombstone will appear next to your sim. (You can go to buymode and move the tombstone where ever you want to.) Then click on the tombstone (using the sim you want pregnant) and you can click new baby for a new baby or make me alien pregnant and many more choices! You can start off with making a teen or a toddler or a baby or an alien baby! ;)
to get pregnant in sims 2 on pc you you need to build a strong long term relationship (bottom bar) with your 2 sims to about 60 OR MORE. then get both of them to relax on the bed and click on the opposite sim and click try for a babby.
