Answer 1
First and foremost, if you are 13 years of age you have no business thinking of carrying a handgun in the first place, as you are a minor and any criminal acts that you place upon your shoulders as a minor child will haunt you into your adulthood. Secondly, there are no states that will allow ANY minor to carry or qualify to carry any weapon in which they can inflict bodily harm upon themselves or anyone else for that fact. Instead of thinking of carrying a weapon, why don't you start thinking about what your future will be like if you commit a crime. Jail is no joke, you can't take back the wrong after its committed so wake up and get an education and stop thinking of harming anyone or yourself. Be good stay in school its your future at stake! If you are being bullied then report it to law enforcement as they are the only persons who should carry them.
Added: If the questioner is asking about HUNTING, the answer is yes, they may, DURING HUNTING SEASON, when actively active and engaged in that sport.
