This obviously depends on what edition you look at, but most have the words 'Don't Panic!' in large, friendly letters, often accompanied by pictures of stars, planets etc. My edition has a picture of Marvin the Paranoid Android. If you mean the Guide in the story, then it resembles a large calculator and has the words 'Don't Panic!' on its cover - this is where publishers got the idea to print it on the book cover.
