To increase your hp potion capacity you have to upgrade Guardian or X-Guardian.
To get more Hp Potions go to Twilly, Click Hello, Click Frogzard Hunter and then click Quest 3. After you done that you have to kill two monsters then you get 10 Hp Potions.

∙ 11y agoin battleon goto twilly ask if hes heard any rumors and goto hunt the seed spitter beat the seed spitter,the mawler and the elvish warrior and you will get two potions after moving though the quest text and when you fight the drakel enforcer flee
*EDIT*
When fighting the seed spitter, use the Salad Shooter spell from Aria's pet shop. This will occasionally cause you to collect a potion from the seed spitter. Usually 2-4 potions will be collected per fight.
