All kinds of cells cannot produce sugar. Only those cells which contain chlorophyll pigment are able to do so. A good example of this is a plant cell, which contains specialized organelles called chloroplasts(which contain this pigment) to carry out photosynthesis, the end product of which is sugar.

In eukaryotic cells the photoplasts make sugars.

Photoplasts are only found in photosythetic cells such as plants and algae. They capture the energy in sunlight and use it to make sugars from carbon dioxide; the sugars are later broken down by mitochondria for energy in the form of ATP or linked together to form starch and cellulose.

Is lysosomes a prokaryotes or eukaryote?

It is neither a prokaryotic or eukaryotic cell because it is not a cell. It is an organelle. They are found in animal cells and are vesicle like, they contain digestive enzymes which are used to break down "old" organelles.

Is the chloroplast cell in the prokaryotic or in the eukaryotic cell?

A chloroplast is a organelle within the Plant Eukaryote. It is used by plants only to convert sunlight into energy (like solar panels). They use chlorophyll to do this, which gives the plants their green color.
