Here wave means that the light can behave as wave in some condition, itdoes not move in straight line and the direction of the light changes as per the change in refractive index of the medium in which light ray moves.
liquid
Mercury is reflective in its liquid form.
A bulb does not light up if there is no voltage available across the bulb, or if the bulb is burned out.
The speed of light is always the same, the different speeds associated with a liquid are due to the absorbing and emitting of the light within the substance as it travels through it, which is not necessarily 'c' (2.99792458x10^10 cm/sec).
Whether you touch the light at upper left or not, the four statues will light up when you pass across them.
Light is neither solid nor liquid, but, it is difficult to discern whether it is a gas either, as the particles in gases are not bound like light particles. So, it isn't really either of the three, although, if you say that light particles are bound together, then you could say that light is a solid.
Is a black light a liquid?A black light is a liquid.

you cant. you can create a liquid that produces light, but because "light" is the photons from an object entering your eye, to create this liquid light ie liquid photons, the photons wouldnt leave the liquid and thus enter your eye.
light up liquid
Anything - whether it be gas, liquid, solid, light, etc. - can be pulled into a black hole if it gets too close.

It can travel across the vacuum of space.
The 2002 Mitsubishi Gallant tail light fuse is located in the first column of the fuse box. The tail light relay switch is also in the fuse box, at the top of the third column.
