Well, in the first encounter with The Weeping Angels (Blink) The Doctor made them look at each other. In another story with them (The Time of Angels/Flesh and Stone) The Doctor made them all get sucked into the crack in time.
If the weeping angels or lonely assassins catch you, they will pull you back in time or break your neck
Blink (series 3 episode 10), The Time of Angels and Flesh and Stone (series 5 episodes 4 and 5).
The Weeping Angels send them back in time at the end of the episode "The Angels Take Manhattan." They live out the rest of their lives without the Doctor, dying at (respectively) 87, and 82.

Because they had believed that angels would weep when a angle was taken to earth or killed be others. They would also weep for the humans who had to go to Hell. Though these angles are different from the weeping angels from Doctor Who which are believed to be created by Time itself.
The Weeping Angels, also known as The Lonely Assassins, first appeared in Series 3 in episode 10, 'Blink', with David Tennant (The Tenth Doctor). Since then they have featured in a number of other episodes; The Time of Angels / Flesh and Stone (S5,E4/5), The God Complex (S6E11), The Angels Take Manhattan (S7E5), The Time of the Doctor (2013 Christmas Special) and Hell Bent (S9E12).
As shown in the promo following 'End of Time' yes, they will. As well as River Song, the Weeping Angels, and there is a new version of the Sonic Screwdriver, as the 11th Doctor apparently blows his old one up.

They move like we do, just extremely quickly, crossing a fair amount of distance even in just the time it takes someone to blink. In 'Flesh and Stone', we see Weeping Angels actually moving for the first time, these ones are weakened through starvation and can't move as fast as normal, but they are shown turning their heads and moving their arms.
