No, you have to fight through it under your own power, from entrance to boss. There's no spring to restore your HP or MP - and better get used to it, because the later dungeons are even worse.

After restoring the Nepto dragon's statue, head back south to talk to the vikings, to gain possession of their ship. Sail west and south, you'll see one village below you, head there, and they'll mention a village of the ancients to the west across the desert.

After you beat the Djinn and unlock the Wind Crystal Jobs Cid will create a ram for your ship. Use that to ram this huge boulder, hang around a bit in Canaan, then go to the nearby mountain and you will meet Desch. A tiny bit later Bahamut will try to kill you so run away (really, don't try to beat it, I almost got killed because of that), and you will jump off the mountain with Desch. He gives you the spell mini so cast this on your party and go to Tozus and follow the Tozus path and then you'll get to the Viking's Cove or something like that. Then the Vikings there will say that if you can calm down the Nepto Dragon for them they will give you the Enterprise. (I did this part a couple months ago so my memory might be a bit rusty)
