Persephone because she was forced to marry Hades when he gave her a fruit of the underworld because when she ate the fruit it meant hades was her guy because hades gave her something to eat when she couldn't give herself to eat.Since she ate the fruit she has to spend time with hades in the underword in winter.So persephone is queen of the underworld now.
