If you're talking in the sense of a learning environment, discussions can be very useful in understanding and gaining the opinions of others. This can be very useful in expanding your personal knowledge base as well as the knowledge of others.
Some problems that may materialize could include: * Self interest rather than group interest. * Lack of mutual respect for the opinions of others. * Lack of common purpose, common cause mentality. * A breakdown in appropriate communication. * Misinterpretation of another's point of view. * Lack of participation on the part of some. * Lack of focus particular to the content of the discussion. In other words, getting side tracked (one reason for having a good group leader). * Domination of discussion by one or a few members of the group. * Lack of outcomes assessment, and follow-up.
I watched him one time. That is the reason that I no longer watch him. Others' opinions may vary...
If you don't respect the rights of others, then there's no sensible reason for them to respect your rights either. With no respect going anywhere we'd soon have all chaos and anarchy, with every body doing as they please, at any time and any place. Wouldn't be nice.
Even Christians are human and as humans we do not always know what might upset another. For this reason it is important to follow a guideline much like the guidelines for answering questions on this site . Always consider the feelings of others and respect their beliefs and opinions. Through out Jesus' sojourn on earth, he taught what we now call the Golden Rule. If we wish to follow him, we need to practice his teachings.
Life really is all about inter-personal relationships, more than anything else. And so we want others to respect us. And if we can prove ourselves to others, that gives them a reason to respect us. It's very simple.

if their beliefs are correct,i will support him.i will also respect him and his beliefs.but if i think that his beliefs are not correct,what is worse,his beliefs would harm others or disrupt public order,i will not agree him.i will educate him,i will influence him,by correct method.
The reason why Good Employees leave is due to unskilled managers. Employees want others to hear and value their opinions, and they become frustrated if their managers and company leaders are not open to their input.
Generally someone does not hate for no reason most of the time it is just a disagreement of opinions and ideas for such.
