I went looking around the internet to find a Jesus "In His Hands" pattern. I have found some items which might work for you, but I'm not sure.
I have them attached as links to this question.
Okay, I knew that I had found a website which would take a downloaded (from your computer) picture, and then would create a graph of that picture. This would enable a person to cross-stitch that photo. You could take a photo, and using the site, create your own filet crochet pattern for the "In His Hands" picture. Or, make a cross-stitch of the picture.

Crochet 116 likely refers to a specific crochet stitch pattern or technique that involves creating 116 stitches in a row. This could be part of a larger crochet project or design, such as a blanket, garment, or accessory. The number 116 indicates the specific number of stitches needed to be made in order to follow the pattern correctly.
I have not been able to find a free online pattern for crocheting thigh highs. The best I could do was find one pattern in a book. That would be "Crochet Me: Designs to Fuel the Crochet Revolution" by Kim Werker. ISBN: 978-1-59668-044-9; Publisher: Interweave Press.
Yes, you could crochet such an item.
There are many ways to learn crocheting online, choose which one (or ones) that work best for you. One way would be to go to youtube.com and search for "learn to crochet" videos, or tutorials. There are many available on that website. Another way would be to do an Internet search for the phrase/s "learn to crochet," "how to crochet" and similar terms. You could also search for specific stitches--such as How to make a: chain stitch, single crochet, half double crochet, double crochet, treble crochet and so on. This should give you another option for finding instructions about learning to crochet. Yet another potential for finding how to crochet online, is to find an online bookseller, where you could search for "learning to crochet" books.
I was unable to find the word: "vost" in English, and I've never come across it in crochet. My best guess is that you're reading a pattern which is in another language, maybe, or that you have misspelled the word. We need more or better information to decipher this word, please. Give a pattern name, so that I could look the pattern up online, and see if I can figure out what this means.
There are many books which you can buy from online stores like Amazon which will teach you how to crochet, in particular flowers. You could also look on YouTube for instructional vides on how to crochet a flower.

I think that the afghan/blanket overall pattern isn't the most important to you--it is the Cowboy "star" that is the most important, correct? I have found a graphed cowboy star, that you could incorporate into any afghan or blanket pattern.
