It depends what case it is. If its a short one like Nettleship v Weston, you should use the case name, but for some you could use the scenario to name it, e.g. the Wagon Mound case. For this case I put Bolam v Friern Barnet.

According to Bewe's autobiography, Bolam took offense at a story Bewes told in an newspaper interview. The story was apparently innocuous - following the birth of Bewe's triplet sons, Bolam's wife broke the news of her own pregnancy by saying "I am only having the one". Bolam, who was driving at the time, nearly had an accident. However, Bolam has always wished to keep his private life private, and - according to Bewes - refused to talk to him afterwards. Note that Bolam himself has never commended on the split, so we only have Bewe's side of the story to go on.
