I'm not sure if you can rob a bank, but you can rob people. Make sure that the person you're robbing is unarmed, in other words, he/she doesn't have a weapon. Point your gun at that person, then he/she will raise up to hands to block his/her face because they're scared. The press Y (or triangle for the PS3 I think) to rob.

∙ 12y agoYou can't "rob" it, but you can use the Telekenetic Grab spell (33 magic, using 1 Law and 1 Air rune) to get anything but the ruby ring.
