Back in Draynor Village, you can find a witch named Aggie. She knows about making dyes, so ask her if she can make you some Yellow Dye for the wig. For this, she needs 2 onions and 5gp. Onions can be found in a garden just east of Rimmington, or behind the Farmer's house in Lumbridge, near the windmill. After having the dye made, use it with the wig to make it a Blonde Wig.
