First you must befriend a female zebra then play as her,walk up to a male and interact with him by pressing C (if its for the wii) continue doing so until at least 4 hearts have been shown after that press Z one of the options is mate click that and they will have a baby if there is no mate option it means the female zebra has not interacted with a male enough its easier to attrack a male if the female zebra had colourful marking which you get from play games with her and petting her (increase her charm)
