As well as writing most of the music and lyrics he's one of the more down to earth members of the group and is usually the front runner when it comes to giving interviews. Born in Des Moines, Iowa in 1975. He was invited to a practice session by Paul Gray bassist in Slipknot at age 20 when the then Slipknot were called The Pale Ones.
