In super princess peach i got all the toads why can't i battle bowser?

Well, I'll help you answer that.
The only way you can battle big bowser in the game is ifyou get all the toads, but if you can't battle boswer, then try going back to all your stages. If theres a stage without a star on it, look at the bottom right and it will either say, x1 , x2 , or x3. That's the amount of toads you have, or need.
If you have all toads, and theres a star on each stage you have yet you still can't battle bowser, try checking the game pack and if it still doesn't let you do it, just try and figure some way out into getting him beaten.
Pherhaps you need to collect certain things to unlock certain stages, or pherhaps theres a secret stage you need to complete by completing other stages.
(it's all quite confusing, but I'm sure you'll get the hang of it.)
