Moses had a speech disability. In Exodus 4:11, Moses is talking to God and trying to come up with a good excuse as to why he cannot lead the Israelites out of captivity. His excuse in this verse is "O Lord, I have never been eloquent, neither in the past nor since You have spoken to your servant. I am slow of speech and tongue."
