In the Cooking Guild in Runescape how do you get into the room with the bank booth and the cooking range even though im a member its still not letting me in?

first u need to finish the varrock achievement diary which includes easy,medium and hard then u can gain access to it and u must be a member because theres alot of quests u need to finish first Also you have to be on a members world.
