PlayStation network does have the makers of the game build the servers unlike Xbox Live. This is also why the connections on the servers aren't very great on the PlayStation network. By far Xbox Live (if you buy the gold account for 49.99 a year) has much better servers overall. But i have to say that the PS3 is a much better system overall; accept for the fact that you can install your games for less harm to the system on the Xbox.
Better Features for PS3: Graphics, Web Browsing, More Games to choose from, and it does everything. (Commercials) 3-D, Blu-Ray, and bigger storage. Also Netflix Streaming, and Videos on the Web. PlayStation Button.
No. Live is a term for the Xbox and the Playstation Network is what PSP and PS3 users have for online games and more. There are no PS3 Live servers only because Playstation has the Playstation Network and Xbox has Live PS3 is owned by Sony, and they have their own servers. XBox is owned by Microsoft.
Maybe the servers are down.
No. PS3 and Xbox has different servers.
The Microsoft Developer Network has multiple resources that can provide more information about BizTalk Servers. Technet is provided by Microsoft to help provide any information one needs on using or installing BizTalk.
a playstation 3, because not only does it offer great graphics, but also a free network connection to the playstation servers. Plus, their harddrive crashes MUCH less than an xbox360.
It was hacked. Someone illegally got into the main servers and stole all the credit card information and other stuff so Sony had to shut down their whole network in order to investigate.
It has a variation of the PSN. However it does not have the extensiveness that the PS3 Network has. I believe you can only do things through games. for example SOCOM, all your friends were stored on the servers and such when you log on the game. Now the PSN stores everything on your ps3, making it more like a computer and less like web-tv, if that analogy serves its purpose. =P
The use of one or more servers distinguishes a client/server network from a peer-to-peer network.
Encase one of the servers fail
File servers do those things. There are specialized servers as well, for example web servers, database servers, remote access servers, fax servers--the list goes on and on. But file servers are the backbone of providing access and managing files and who has access to what resources at which times.BTW. Access to the network is usually referred to as Authentication. And Rights or Security Management is usually what controls access to files, printers, and other resources.
Network Level Authentication is used to authenticate Clients and servers to the network in Windows XP. It is also used to establish a remote desktop connection.
