No, not in the anime. He does hug her though. Tohru and Kyo aren't boyfriend girlfriend until volume 22. And they kiss^^ And in volume 23, it shows as one of the fill-in-the-blank sketches Kyo and their son! And at the end of vol.23, it shows them as an older couple, and they have a granddaughter:)
But in the anime, they aren't....so go read the manga now!
