It is rare to find a news reporter who does not interject his own bias into the news. The Code of Journalism calls for reporting what was said and done by or to the person being interviewed only, without adding a single word or phrase of your own, and without expressing any opinion over what was said or done by or to the person being interviewed. It is a simple thing to do, really. But I challenge anyone to find a news reporter who is able to conduct an interview that way! I challenge anyone to find a newspaper reporter who writes a news article with no personal bias added! It can't be done.
Media bias is the bias or perceived bias of journalists and news producers within the mass media in the selection of events and stories that are reported and how they are covered. The term "media bias" implies a pervasive or widespread bias contravening the standards of journalism, rather than the perspective of an individual journalist or article.

media is very useful
Overwhelmingly, most US media is by television and internet advertising. Newspaper and magazine subscriptions took a hard hit with Internet media.

Most of the media in the US is privately owned and operated by media conglomerates. These conglomerates control a large portion of the media landscape, including television networks, cable channels, newspapers, and online platforms. Commercial interests often influence the content and messaging distributed by these media outlets.
