Homosexuality is a sin. The Bible condemns it in several places, including Romans 1:21-32.
"...Sin is the transgression of the law." (I John 3:4)
Therefore the wages of homosexuality is spiritual death (Romans 6:23) ... just like for thieves, liars, sabbath-breakers, idolaters and those who lust after what is not theirs.

The Bible says that "unrepentant sinners" are subject to the "second death." But those sinners who repent of their sins in Jesus' name... and stop doing them in obedience to His Word - they shall live.

"...repent and turn to God, and do works meet for repentance." (Acts 26:20)
Practicing, unrepentant sinners shall die. But, Jesus Christ has made it possible to repent of sin... and live. "For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord." - Romans 6:23
