Some of the cultural aspects in Finding Fish by Antwon Fisher, include the main character being pushed to expound on his sexuality. When he refused to answer questions about his sexuality and not bragging on having sex with a variety of women, he was looked down on by male peers. They were calling his masculinity into question. The largest cultural aspect was Antwon Fisher taking the time to understand himself and his anger. Psychotherapy is often looked down on and not encouraged by many cultures even though it can help people a great deal.
