They did not "adopt" Bella, but she did become part of the family, so yes, she is the youngest until Reneesme is born. Also, the oldest to youngest - Carlisle, Jasper, Edward/Alice (roughly the same age), Esme, Rosalie and finally Emmett. Then Bella and Renesmee. Physical age would be Esme, Carlisle, Emmett, Alice, Bella, Rosalie (a few months younger than Bella) Edward, Renesmee (who might be youngest but will remain forever at the physical age of 17, same as her father) and finally Jasper (who lied to the confederate army saying that he was 20, but got frozen at 16).
