in my opinion edward does. he has Bella in the beginning. then when he leaves her she doesnt stop thinking about him and would take him back in a heart beat. Jacob helps Bella in the middle and wants a relationship with her but she wont give it to him. then when edward does comes back in the end Bella goes to him in a heartbeat and tells Jacob he should leave at the very end. so in my opinion edward wins the whole entire movie of New Moon.
