To do this you will need to use a cheat.
First you need to get your sims pregnant. I'm sure you know how to do that, but if not,
then just send me a message and ask.
Once your sim is pregnant open up the cheat box by holding down ctrl + shift + c. Then, type this into it:- (You may need to note it down!!) boolprop testingcheatsenabled true and make sure you leave those exact spaces. Then hold down shift and right-click on your pregnant sim. Click on the option spawn that you should see along with many others. Then click on the option tombstone of l and d and a tombstone should appear next to your sim. Click on the tombstone and keep clicking more until you see and option that says speed up my pregnancy and now your sim should be pregnant in about 1 minute normal time but about 10-15 minutessims time!!
