if your talking about YouTube, it depends. 4kids is a pain in the butt, because it blocks good TV episodes blah blah blah, but only in North America. i made a video that cant be watched in Germany (WTF) but it really depends on the video and the content! if there's copyright grounds then it may be blocked in some places:) hope this helped!
