It could be a lot of different things. I would check the idle speed unless it's computer controlled. If the idle speed is computer controlled you can't adjust it and it probably isn't the problem anyway.
Most likely computer controlled and not adjustable
MANUAL ADJUSTMENT IS NOT AVAILABLE and why would you want to adjust the rpm?? Yes, look online for an aftermarket computer programmer for your truck. Like Hypertech, for example. It will adjust by rpms, more than likely.
me?
exercise, math, and using the computer calculater
For a netbook computer with high speed wifi you would need to upgrade your internet connection. It has little to nothing to do with your actual netbook computer.
originally computer cracking was to test computer is different situations. previous to that people would use hacking/cracking to fool telephone exchanges to get free phone calls etc
It would not be a good idea. First it is illegal, second it can actually cause the computer to over adjust fuel and ignition timing and cause running issues. It would not be a good idea. Well, I would recommend transferring a majority of the files to a hard drive instead. That way, more information can be stores, and the computer will speed up as a result.
You can't the top speed is part of the computer programming. You would have to reprogramm the computer with an aftermarket upgrade programmer such as a "Super Chips"
Idle speed is controlled by the Electronic Control Unit and is not adjustable by the consumer. The question is why you would even want to mess with this on a car that is under warranty?
