Causes of over exploitation of natural resources can be explained through using the three sociological perspectives. In functionalist perspective, over exploitation of natural resources is caused by unawareness and lack of knowledge of people on the consequences of excessive exploitation of NR. In conflict perspective, over exploitation of natural resources is caused by domination of interest towards NR of powerful groups in a society resulting to unequitable and unequal distribution and allocation of NR. In symbolic interactionist perspective, over exploitation of natural resources is caused by over reliance of humans to NR.
Natural resources.
Erosion is a disadvantage caused by natural resources because for a country natural resources are very important so if the practice of mining also takes place in such type of area it can also erode the land there.
Some natural hazards in Egypt are drought, windstorms and sandstorms. These are caused by the incredibly hot and dry climate in Egypt.
Human exploitation of nature is the most hazardous cause of soil erosion.Human exploitation of nature includes following activities:Faulty farming systemsDeforestation caused by overgrazingClearance of land for agricultural purposes and construction like damsDiversion of the natural course of riverMining activities
California has an abundance of natural resources including the gold that caused the gold rush in 1848. Other natural resources in California are fertile soil, wind energy, and natural wildlife habitats.
DROUGHT - a lack of water, usually caused by insufficient rainfall Example : "The drought caused crop failures, and many farmers moved away."
no rainfall
Not naturally.
a lot of stuff.
Dust Bowl
Human consumption and unsustainable practices have resulted in the exhaustion of natural resources. Deforestation and overfishing, as well as the over-exploitation of minerals, have damaged ecosystems and decreased biodiversity. Industrialization and the combustion of fossil fuels have contributed to climate change, which has further strained resources. As the world's population continues to expand, the need for resources increases, putting even more strain on the Earth's limited resources. Sustainable processes and conservation measures are essential to reduce these impacts and balance natural resource use.
